Privacy policy

Partners
We process the partner's e-mail (for sign-in and notifications), name or company name, payout recipient and IBAN (stored encrypted). The data is used only to run the partnership and for accounting. You can delete your account by writing to us; records required for accounting (payouts) are kept for the period set by law.
Clicks
When a partner link is clicked we record the time, the link, the device type, the country and the site you came from. We do not store the IP address – only a one-way hash (changed every month) to detect abuse. Click records are kept for 13 months.
The click identifier is passed to the shop in the link address so that the purchase can be attributed to the partner. A long-lived cookie is used for this only on sites that have a consent banner.
Buyers
From the shop we receive the order number, amount, items and a one-way hash of the e-mail (only so that a partner does not earn a commission on their own purchases). The partner does not see the buyer's identity.
