Partner rules

This translation is provided for convenience; in case of a dispute the Lithuanian text prevails.

These rules apply to everyone who distributes our products through track.lt links or discount codes. By signing up you agree to them.

1. Who can be a partner

Any person or company can become a partner. The account works right after sign-up. We reserve the right to suspend an account if these rules are broken.

2. How the commission is calculated

  • A purchase is attributed to a partner if the buyer came through the partner's link (valid for the cookie period stated by the programme) or entered the partner's discount code in the cart. A code takes precedence over a link.
  • If the buyer clicked the links of several partners, the purchase is attributed to the last one.
  • The commission is calculated on the amount without VAT and delivery, after discounts. The exact rates are stated for each programme and product.
  • Purchases through your own links or codes earn no commission.

3. Confirmation and payouts

  • A commission is held for the period stated by the programme (for refunds); for tickets and events – until the event. After that it is reviewed and confirmed.
  • For a partner who has not yet received any payout, a commission is held for at least 60 days. A single commission of 100,00 € or more is held for at least 120 days. The longer of the periods applies.
  • If money is refunded to the buyer or the bank reverses the payment, the commission is cancelled or reduced proportionally. If it has already been paid out, it is deducted from the next payout.
  • If a payment referred by a partner is disputed at the bank as fraud, the payment system reports possible fraud, or disputes keep recurring, all payouts to that partner are suspended until we have checked. Sales are still counted in the meantime.
  • Confirmed commissions are paid by bank transfer once a month when the amount reaches 30,00 €.
  • The partner declares and pays taxes on the income received.

4. What is prohibited

  • Advertising that is not clearly labelled. Posts with a partner link or code must be marked as advertising (e.g. “#ad”, “Advertisement”).
  • Using our trademarks and project names in paid search or social media advertising without separate consent.
  • Spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, artificial clicks, cookie stuffing.
  • Health claims: that a product cures, reduces pain or inflammation, helps against diseases or replaces treatment, as well as “before and after” photos and promises of results. You may say about a product only what is written on its page. No commission is paid for such a post, and the account may be suspended.
  • Publishing codes on coupon sites unless the programme expressly allows it.

If the rules are broken, the related commissions are rejected and the account may be suspended.
