Why people buy it
The Firmus Medicus 4-week heart-healthy meal plan is a 28-day menu where every day is already worked out against five limits: salt up to 5 g, potassium at least 3,500 mg, saturated fat up to 7 % of energy, dietary cholesterol under 300 mg and fibre at least 25 g. It is based on the DASH way of eating, with the limits of the European dyslipidaemia guidelines (ESC/EAS 2019) added. Before buying, the person sees for free on the plan page what is worked out: the lowest and highest plan day for every limit and one plan day as the phone shows it.
The plan costs 24 € (0.86 € a day): 49 recipes (10 of its own), a 28-day menu for 8 calorie levels from 1,400 to 2,800 kcal, every meal in grams, oats and barley, fish at least twice a week, weekly shopping lists and a swap table, how to read a cholesterol test and measure blood pressure at home.
When a doctor says "less salt and saturated fat", the hardest part is knowing what that means on the plate. This plan puts it into a daily menu. It describes what to eat and does not promise to lower cholesterol or blood pressure by any set amount. You share the link to the plan page and earn a commission when the person orders the plan.
The plan is in Lithuanian, with products from Lithuanian shops.

Who to recommend it to and what to say
The strongest angle: many hear the advice, few get a menu with numbers. Show a plan day with its sodium and the limit.
The five limits hold on each of the 28 days and at all eight calorie levels. This can be seen for free on the plan page.
Most salt comes not from the salt shaker but from bread, cheese, smoked meat and pickled foods. The plan has little of them, and where they are, the amount is counted.
No supplements and no fasting, just everyday food: oat porridge with blueberries, barley porridge, salmon with brown rice, baked cod, bean chili.
The plan explains how to read a cholesterol test result and measure blood pressure correctly at home. Treatment decisions are made by the doctor.
