Why people buy it
The Firmus Medicus 4-week meal plan: 28 days of recipes, grams and shopping lists matched to the person's calorie level. They find their level for free – 6 questions, 1 minute – and immediately see a sample day at that level.
The plan costs 24 € (0.86 € a day): 48 recipes from products sold in Lithuanian shops, 8 calorie levels from 1,400 to 2,800 kcal, 4 weekly shopping lists by shop aisle, Sunday prep and a swap table (vegetarian options, lactose-free). Every day matches the level – the numbers are calculated from a nutrition database, not picked by eye.
For your audience it is a simple answer to the everyday question “what do I eat today?”, for less than one dietitian visit. You share the link to the plan page and earn commission when the person orders the plan.
The plan is in Lithuanian, so it suits Lithuanian-speaking audiences.

- Up to 30 minutes of cooking on weekdays; on Sunday lunches for Monday and Tuesday are prepared
- Vegetarian and lactose-free options in a swap table with recalculated grams
- 24 € once (0.86 € a day) – a personal dietitian plan costs 45–197 €
- The level and a sample day can be checked for free before buying
Who to recommend it to and what to say
Personal experience works best: show your day's menu or the weekly shopping list and tell how much time you save.
The practical angle: one shop a week by aisle, and on Sunday you cook lunches for two days.
The plan page shows that ChatGPT's “corrected” plan went 119 kcal a day over the requested level. A strong argument for a plan built from a nutrition database.
0.86 € a day for the full menu, recipes and shopping lists. A personal dietitian plan costs 45–197 €.
Buckwheat, curd, herring, beetroot – what people buy anyway. Easy to start, no hunting for exotic ingredients.

What to answer when they ask
Can people look before buying?+
Yes. On the plan page 6 questions give the calorie level for free and show a sample day at that level.
Is it a subscription?+
No, it is paid once – 24 €. The plan stays in the Firmus Medicus account, and each week can be downloaded as a PDF.
Does it suit vegetarians?+
Every dinner has a vegetarian option, and the swap table replaces meat and fish with legumes, eggs or tofu. There is no vegan plan yet.
Does the plan guarantee weight loss?+
No. Weight change depends on more than the plan, so no result is promised. The plan has exact numbers and instructions on what to do if the change differs.
Who is it not for?+
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with diabetes taking glucose-lowering medicines, people with kidney, liver or other chronic disease, people with eating disorders and under-18s – they should talk to a doctor first.
What language?+
The plan is in Lithuanian, with products from Lithuanian shops.
