Why people buy it

The Firmus Medicus 4-week fibre plan is a meal plan that raises fibre gradually. It starts from what the person eats now and moves up a small step each week: five steps of one week, from 70 to 120 % of the fibre target (14 g per 1,000 kcal, at least 25 g). Before buying, the person finds out for free in 30 seconds which step they would start at and sees their first week.

The plan costs 24 € (0.69 € a day): 67 recipes, 35 days of menus for 8 calorie levels from 1,400 to 2,800 kcal, the fibre of every meal in grams, weekly questions on bloating, stools and water, shopping lists for every step, a count of different plants and a water target.

Many people lack fibre, and a sudden jump to the recommended amount often ends in bloating. From the weekly answers this plan moves up a step, keeps the same step or goes one back – and the menu itself changes. You share the link to the plan page and earn a commission when the person orders the plan.

The plan is in Lithuanian, with products from Lithuanian shops.

  1. 1The person clicks your link and lands on the fibre plan page on firmusmedicus.lt

  • 67 recipes from everyday foods: oats with kiwifruit and chia, lentil bolognese, pearl barley risotto, roasted chickpeas, rye bread

  • The number of different plants in each week and a water target for each step
  • Gentler swaps for bloating, and notes for people on GLP-1 medicines or psyllium
  • 24 € once (0.69 € a day), no subscription; the starting step can be checked for free

MESSAGE 01
"Eat more fibre." But how much, and how?

The strongest angle: everyone hears the advice, nobody gives a menu with numbers. Show a plan day with its fibre total.

MESSAGE 02
No bloating jump

A sudden jump to 30 g often ends in bloating. The plan moves up in small steps and pauses if the week was hard.

MESSAGE 03
From your own number

The start is not the same for everyone: in 30 seconds the person finds out which step to start at. Free and without email.

MESSAGE 04
Kiwifruit, prunes, lentils

Food, not supplements: oats with kiwifruit, chia pudding, prunes with walnuts, lentil bolognese, pearl barley risotto.

MESSAGE 05
For people on GLP-1 medicines

Constipation is common on semaglutide or tirzepatide. The plan has a separate note on fibre and fluids, but decisions should be made with a doctor.
